Cold Storage and DAMCO Factory

The cold storage facility comprised of both a cold storage and dry storage warehouse areas. AIC Management was commissioned to undertake the turn key design of this industrial storage facility.
The facility was designed using prefabricated structural steel and proprietary cold storage cold-rooms. The facility comprised of approximately 4,100 GFA and surrounding external parking areas and aprons of 2,500 m2.
