Craig Stephen Brown is an experienced senior manager with extensive international (Australia and Asia) experience in contracting, project development, project management and construction management. He is result orientated, with direct hands on management style and mentality. Bram has a wide range of experience in developing retail, offices, mixed-use projects, residential both high & low rise and leisure projects. He also has extensive expertise in acquisition, organization, management and marketing of projects coupled with commercial expertise in tendering, contracting, legal, financial and contractual issues related to developing and realizing projects.
